HSE University offers places at dormitories to students of the International Prep Year; students admitted to state-funded places, ie with a 100% scholarship from the Russian government (‘quotas’); and students who come to HSE University on academic mobility programmes. The HSE Student Housing Office assists all other students in finding accommodation.
